I am trying to install a 528t pulse timer in a 2005 f250 power stroke. The remote start i am installing is an viking vs3625.I only have one wait to start input coming from the remote start. On the diagram for the timer it shows 2inputs going to the remote start.

Orange input and yellow output to starter. Don't use the brown.

Now I'm not sure of your question.
Does this R/S not have a diesel mode? If not don't use it.
You won't be able to achieve what I think you want i.e. something like
5 secs+ for the glowplugs then fire up the starter
