auto start truck when volts reach 11.6v

Hello Folks, I'm new here so I will try to keep my post as informative and brief as possible. A little background on my project and what I have done so far. 2001 Lincoln Navigator 4X4: Replaced: 55AMP OEM stock alternator with 250AMP high output alternator. Replaced: 850CCA 12V battery with (3) deep cycle inline 12v 550CCA marine batteries, upgraded wiring from ALT to BATTS. Added: Cobra CPI 2575 2500/5000 Watt 12 Volt DC to 120 Volt AC Power Inverter. Added: 3x 500w (1500W Total) 110V electric heating elements (Over the top of the old leaky stock heater core, (instant heat, pretty nice here in Montana) Installed: Excalibur RS-140-DP remote start system that works with the OEM factory remotes (FOBs). Just looked on box says (Low Voltage Auto Starting & Low Temp Auto Starting) Here's what I would like to do. When the voltage of the 3 combined batteries dips below 11.6v or so for more then 5-10 seconds I would like to trigger a engine start. Right now when you do a remote start with the factory remote (FOB) you push the LOCK button on the remote 3 times and the engine starts, If you don't go to the vehicle and put the key in after 15 minuets the engine will auto shut off. The Keys have transponders in them for anti theft so I used a (PKF) programmable key bypass so the ignition thinks there is a coded key in so the remote start works. I have extra FOBS so I could use one in the car under the dash in a project box with a relay to trigger the start just as if I were to push the lock button on the remote 3 times. I do "fiddle" with electronics but I don't have much knowledge. I have built a few projects, such as JTAG cables, done some things with relays but don't know much about Diodes, Ohm's Law, Resistors. ETC. Has anyone else done anything like this? Reason: I use this to power a refrigerator, heater, etc wen I'm camping so I would like it to auto start the car to charge the batteries while I'm not there (Gone Fishing). I also use it if the power goes out in my house to power some essentials (Fridge, TV, FAU for heater etc) until the power from the grid comes back up. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. The low voltage and low temp functions are programmable features. There should be activation instructions in the installation manual.

or the owners manual. that unit also has an activation input, WHITE/ blue.
