most bosch type relays available to the aftermarket are spdt with 30A contacts...just use terminals 30 & 87a

Any SPDT relay will have a contact that is Normally Closed, just look at the pinout and find it. On Bosch style relays, it is in the middle of the pinout and will be marked 87a. Be aware that there are bosch relays out there that have 2 87 pins, both of which are Normally Open

pin 87a Normally closed
pin 87 Normally Open
Pin 30 Common
A spdt relay is both, but depends how you open it. You might be confused with a spst.

You should be able to find them at the autoparts store. Look near the foglights, I see them there most of the time.
