If I connect My remote turn on lead from my head unit to terminal #85, connect terminal #86 to ground,  connect  #87 to constant 12V+ (fused), then connect terminal  #30 to My fans (6) and amps (3) will I get any interference from the fans on my amps? Or should I not have to worry about it.

Most likely you won't have any problems whatsoever. If you try it and find that you do, just use one more relay, triggered off the remote lead, so the fans are a totally separate circuit. But I think you'll be fine with one relay.

You shouldn't have a problem, I'm running 4 amps and 4 fans and I'm having no problem.

Just remember to use BRUSHLESS fans like the ones used in computer power supplies otherwise the you would induce motor noise into the preamp section of your amp. (Who needs that!?!)

Prepare your future. It wasn't the lack of stones that killed the stone age.
