2005 dodge ram HID install

First off I'm glad I found this site, it's full of information for a newbie just starting out in the world of wiring. I do need some help though as I can't quite figure out how to wire this setup.

On the 2005 Dodge Ram I will be installing an HID kit that utilizes ONLY the lowbeam. The truck has a 9007 bulb which has a high beam and low beam. When installing the HID kit that only is for use with the low beam a light out light will turn on in the instrument cluster and stay on because the high beam side is no longer there. It will also create an annoying ding alerting you to the light out.

What I am trying to accomplish is the following:

I want everything to work off the oem factory switch. The oem factory switch is basically a 3 way type switch. Switch turns like a dial. OFF / PARKING LIGHTS / HEADLIGHTS then you would pull the switch to turn on the FOG LIGHTS. High beam activation is off the tree with the turn signals.

I think I should be able to wire the high beam wire into the foglight wires to remove the light out light in the dash. This is where I get confused on how to wire the relays. What I want to be able to do is still utilize the fog lights as I normally would as above but keep the light out light off in the dash. I think that this can be accomplished with two relays but I'm having difficulty, lack of experience, wiring it up. I do think something needs to be in place maybe a fuse or some sort to where if I hit the high beam accidentally it won't burn up the wires and cause a fire.

Thanks for helping a newbie and I'll be reading this board till my eyes hurt to learn as much as I can understand. Also if someone does post a diagram as I've seen before if you could explain why and how it works setup that way that would be of great help for my learning.
