CA has a new law that requires the headlights to be on anytime the windshield wipers are on (basically). I would like to have the headlights come on automatically when I turn on the wipers. I have figured out a way to do this using 4 spst relays. Three relays would switch 12 volts to a fourth relay which would turn on the low beam lights. These three relays can be low current capicity since they will only be driving the coil of the headlight relay. The coils of the 3 relays would be energized by supplying 12 volts through the high speed wiper switch, 12 volts through the low speed wiper switch, and ground through the intermittent wiper switch. My question is: Can anyone recommend something for a cleaner install than using the 3 low current relays? I will use a Bosch type 40 amp relay for the headlights.

wiper switch to 85 on relay

30 to low beam

87 to fused 12 volts or ground depending on low beam voltage you need the same

86 to ground or 12 volts depending on wiper voltage you need opposite

under promise and overdeliver
