Good day everyone. I need some assistance with the wiring of relays. First, what I want to power. I want to power a Whelen Slimlighter strobe in the front of my truck and two Code3 strobes in the rear. I would like to have the front LED strobe on a switch and the rear two on one switch. I am also going to need relays for four work lights that will be mounted on the top/rear of the truck and would like a switch for each one of them. So here are my questions: 1. Should I have a relay for each switch in the panel? 2. Where is the best placement for the relays? 3. What type of relays should I use? 4. Does anyone know of a distributor for parts that I will need for this project: relays, switches, panel, wiring, etc..?
Thanks to everyone and have a great day!
Christopher.

I am indeed. I have the strobes wired now but would like them on a relay. I made a switch box with lighted rockers for the strobes. I also have a 2 meter/70cm radio mounted behind the rear passenger/driver side of the truck using a Rig Runner. Next to that is a second 2 meter radio that transmits the location of the vehicle using a GPS and Tiny Track (APRS). I would like to clean it up a bit once the weather breaks and I think, for the lights, relays would work much better. So... I am indeed ready to start the task.
Thanks..
Christopher.
