what i want to do is hook a neon light up so that it turns on when my stereo goes on. i seen the diagram for that and thats pretty basic. but then i want to go complicae things a liitle by also making it go on when i turn my alarm on and blink like my led. im guessin im goin to need more then 1 relay. but i would like to know how i would hook it up. if any one other can help me out thanks

Hooking the neons up to the radio is simple.  Use a relay and use the Remote Wire output to trigger it (Pin 85 to ground, pin 86 to remote wire, pin 30 to 12vdc, Pin 87 (+) out to neon transformer)

Hooking the neons up so the blink like LEDs is a bad idea.  LEDs draw very little current that can be considered insignificant.   Neons, also, draw very little current, however they do draw a significant current.  Adding a relay to the mix will only add to the load, and your battery will be dead before you know it.
