Hi Guys.  Im simply looking for a diagram.  year and model of vehicle are irrelevant as this is going on a customers house boat.

The customer has a sony marine head unit with an aux input. I am simply trying to setup his system so that he can use his sattelite radio, and his ipod off of the same aux input. Ive setup a relay with a 2 position toggle switch to break 2 different audio sources before, however, that was years ago, and have since then lost my diagram on how to do the setup.

Any input or diagrams would be very helpful! relay to break audio signal -- posted image.

DPDT relay
Din 72552 spec pinout
85- ground
86- control +
87- output to head unit +
87a- satellite +
87b- ipod +
88- output to head unit -
88a- satellite -
88b- ipod -
Note: 'Bosch' relays only use some of the spec, and I do not know the pinouts for their flavor of DPDT relays

Similar "boat"..car actually
I want to add an AUX to my factory radio.
I have the wiring and pinouts for the cable splices I need to make.
What I want to do is take this diagram: http://www.mbca.org/northtexas/audio_systems.htm and replace the switch with a relay. As the amplifier is AFTER the relay, it has to be a VERY quiet relay.
Can this be done?
Thanks
Michael
