when i hook up Painless wiring's fuel pump relay harness what do i do with the oem main efi relay. becuase i think the stock relay also does something with the ecu?

I would find out which wire actually goes to the OEM fuel pump, (if you are not using it anymore), and just disconnect that wire and leave the rest alone.
