i want 2 cooling fans and a set of neon to turn on with the amp. i was looking at https://www.the12volt.com/relays/page5.asp #5, but i wasn't sure how to split the output wire (#30). i was going to use a fused distribution block and have the fan and neon power wires and the remote amp wire just plug into the d-block. is this a good idea? are there any better alternatives?.....it's hard to find a small gauge d-block.....

You can just splice into the single wire coming off pin 30 or solder all 3 wires onto pin 30, doesn't really matter. Just make sure that the total amperage of the draw is no more than 30-40 amps ( the rated output of the relay ) and also to fuse the 12 volt source that you have connected to incase something happens.
