Could you please provide us with a bit more information?

I hate to inconvenience you while you are asking us for help, but it would be great if you could tell us what your, make, and model your vehicle is.

I'm guessing you are installing a keyless entry system?

It may also be helpful to ask a complete question (ie is my door lock system positive or negative switching?)

Give us as much information as possible, then we will at least have a shot at giving you the answer you need.

Hello And  thanks for the reply and I apoligise for my inexperince.... Gimme wrenches and I'll fix it...:P

Anyhow, the vehicle I am working on is a 1963 ford econline van. the actuators I am using are two wire,  I have no switches yet, Only the black widow keyless entry system. Will buy the neccesary hardware to bring this sys online.

Sounds like you would want a 5 wire system.  In a 5 wire system both wires from the actuators rest at ground and then an individual wire switches from ground to 12vdc when you actuate the actuator.
