I bought a Chrysler model REQ 6 disc dvd head unit from a local auto salvage, through ebay (ebay# 190203000038).  It is part number 05064111AK.  I was told that it came out of a 2008 Jeep Liberty.  It has the main wire harness and about a foot of wire, I was told that this Jeep did not have the rear video or the Uconnect installed, so unfortunately I ddin't get those connectors.  I know that I have to modify my dash, but I want to put if into my 1997 Jeep Wrangler.  I bought a Scosche connecter for my Wrangler's end so that I don't have to cut it's harness.  I just need to get a pin out on the radio so that I know how to connect it properly.

1=RED / black or grey... too small to tell :),( guess that's 12v?)

2=White

7=Grey/Orange

8=GREEN/ Orange

9=GREEN/ Grey

10=GREEN/ Black

11=Yellow/Grey

12=Black (Ground?)

13=Yellow/Orange

19=GREEN/ Purple

20=Grey/Green

21=Grey/Purple

22=Grey / YELLOW

Thanks in Advance for the help.  I just have a single cd player in there now and it only plays store bought cds!  I like to put copies in cars in case they are damaged etc.

If you have the OEM plug still attached to the radio, go and get a $ 10 harness from a local stereo shop for the radio and it will tell you the wire colors.

Yeah, I already said that I did that... but the Scosche (BRBCR01AB 84+ Chysler) connector I bought shows Yellow for constant and red for switched, I dont have a yellow on the radio's harness.
