I have a 1986 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 5.0. The vehicle wiring database on this site list the colors for the remote start/ alarm install. Although i dont doubt the accuracy of this listing, the colors dont match my car. I dont want to just start attaching wires and what not. So im wondering if anyone has any additional colors can be given to me. Thanks for any help

One of the above is for the Ford Crown Vic, are they maybe the right colors. Have you tried usnig a digital volt meter to try and locate the correct wires?
