2004 hyundai tiburon, tachometer

Ok heres my dilemma...i am not the most car savy person that you're going to meet, that being said here is my problem. I recently bought a tachometer for my 2004 hyundai tiburon 2.7 and i have no clue what so ever how to install it....so i would greatly appreciate if someone who knows could possibly tell me this information.  Where is the wire that i need to hook the tach wire up to and what color it is plz, this would help me out very much, thanks

i know this sounds pretty ignorant but exactly where on the passenger side is the kick panel located?  thanks!

sorry about the pm i didnt see your message b/f i sent it, i think ive found it now, its the 23 pin plug but it doesnt have all 23 in it right? and the white wire is the fourth so i think i got it man, thanks a million for the help i would have probably taken it some where and they would have most likely charged me too much.
