Hello All,
I am installing an older Alpine navigation system int a "2007 Ford Freestar". I have a cd-rom based NVA-N751AS and a CVA 1005 head unit. I know this is an older unit but it has allot of features and works fine.
My challenge is how to connect and where to connect the VSS input to the navigation. I am not sure if I require a module or if I can connect this to the VSS on my van.
If anyone can provide a wiring diagram and any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Thank you very much!
I will give it a try. I recieved some info saying it was in the front center (under console) 40pin connector, white /w orange stripe.
I have looked and dont see it there.
I will let you know how it goes.
Appreciate your time.

Just to confirm, no issues so far with the vss wire. It was a little bit of work to get to.....remove the windshield wipers, and remove 2 cowlings. I confirmed a/c variance before connecting.
Thanks again for your help.
