99 grand am, remote start/keyless

I am going to be installing a remote starter/keyless entry system into a 99 Grand Am. I have the wiring for the vehicle but does this vehicle need a by-pass module for the factory anti-theft Passlock II? If so what model does it need?

you do need a bypass for your vehicle to start. try a 555L
