1999 dodge dakota diagnostic port

I have a 1999 Dodge Dakota and the diagnostics port next to the hood latch underneath my steering column broke. The front half came off. That part is discontinued for that year model only. Even if I was able to locate one it's $587. I can fix it myself but I need to know what pins go in what slot on the connector. there are 16 slots. Does anyone have or know where I can get a wiring diagram that tells me which pin goes where? And what color the wire should be? Thank you.
