hi,

i'd say easy as noted in the F250 link above.  Most of the wiring is available behind the fuse box in the dash.  there should be a bundle of four wires (red, black, blue, white?).  they are tied up under the drivers side dash and end up under the hood in the area of the drivers hood hinge(left back corner)...you don't even need to drill a hole into the firewall (for underhood wires) if those wires haven't already been 'discovered'.  the tach wire for diesel (GREEN / WHITE as noted) may not work on some remote start units, or you may have to do a sensitivity adjustment for it.  details on the tach sense should be with the remote starter's instructions.  wait to start isn't available at the cluster.  if the unit is available to delay cranking time, i'd suggest 10 seconds.
