Hello, I have a 99.5 New Jetta (Jetta IV, the new 2000 model with no immo) and it is a Diesel & its stickshift. I need wiring information. I have an AutoStart AS2272.
I need to know how I can disable OEM alarm or trigger lock and unlock with my AS. also I need to know how I am going to wire the tach wire. Crankshaft sensor? Notice thta this is a Diesel not a gasser. Thank you very much

Locks are low current neg inside the driver's door, extend lock pulse to close the windows, use a DEI 454t for tach, it's much safer. You have to "Kill" the factory alarm OR if there's a key sense (I'm not sure) use that.
