Unfortunately I had my stereo system ripped out and stolen recently, and in the process some wires got damaged that effects the turn signals and horn. It is a 94/95 Toyota 4 Runner. I have no signals or horn, and the fuse blows when replaced. I have tried replacing the relays, but no luck. When I try to jumper the fuse, all the lights flash when I turn the signal on. I need some direction on what to look for, or if any one else has had this problem. Thanks for the help.

Hard work I'm afraid. You are going to have to trace your loom from the steering column onwards, looking for and repairing any damage. Frankly this should be an insurance claim and done by a specialist. As far as I know from other Toyotas there are no wires related to horn/lighting behind the radio, except the illumination feed to ashtray, cig lighter, radio and heater controls.
