I have swapped out a 2001 2.0L SOHC with a 2002 ZX2 and need the pin out diagrams for each motor to the year model car.

original vehicle: 2001 Ford Escort sedan with a 2.0L sohc engine.

exchange motor: 2001 Ford escort coupe 2.0L ZX2.

need to know if aftermarket crossover wire harness is available or how to go about rewiring new motor pigtail ends to match up to original car pigtail ends. new motor 2002 pigtail C101F has 2 less pins than original 2001 motor pingtail.  Also the 2002 motor has female ends where original 2001 motor had female ends. With the original 2001 vehicle pigtail to PCM being female, i now have 2 Female pigtail ends looking at each other and about 18" in between them.   any info on this sublect is needed whether plug pin out, crossover capability, wiring configuration, anything...

Thanks

 Correction to original post:

Sorry i messed up, original post stated  " exchange motor: 2001 Ford escort coupe 2.0L ZX2"

it should have said "exchange motor: 2002 Ford escort coupe 2.0L ZX2"
