Start the car with the key and after running for a minute, activate the remote starter and remove the key. Does it take over and stays running?
If no, it may be a tach issue or you didn't hook up the ignition or accessory wires correctly.
If it stays on, it may be the module didn't program properly and the immobilizer is preventing the remote start.
Did you connect the Fortin W2W or D2D (not sure if the prostart allows D2D with Fortin.

Will it remote start with the key inserted in the ignition switch (without turning it)?
Double check the CAN wires and try reprogramming the module again. did the module program correctly? Yellow, red and blue lights came on accordingly?

Usually if the remote starter will take over after you have the car running with the key, it's a bypass issue. Especially if the antitheft light is flashing while attempting to remote start, it sounds like a bypass issue also.

i just talked to FORTIN tech support they said that i should not have the   WHILE RUNNING -   wire from the Bypass connected to the REMOTE START if i have the Data 2 Data connector connected , at this time i have both the D2D connector connected to my bypass to the remote start and the WHILE RUNNING - hard wire connected from the bypass to the remote start   would this cause the issue??   they said try cutting the 2 data wires on my D2D conenctor

well guys unplugged the bypass last night and put key in ignition and attempted a remote start    same thing theft lift puslating almost like a fliker , with 3 clicks on the park light ,slow   which is a FAILED START, according to the wiring it say use LIGHT BLUE on the ignition module , i programmed the Tach and still does not start so i just went to the uncommon fuel injector wire which is the same thing right,
