Do i need relays or something to hook the factory unlock and lock wires

Nope, no relays needed.   Basic Type B (-) locks on that truck.  Here is info from Bulldog Security :

POWER LOCK           YELLOW (TYPE B)           @ SECU, See NOTE *2

POWER UNLOCK    YELLOW/RED (TYPE B) (Requires Double Pulse)       @ SECU, See NOTE *2

NOTE *2 THE SECU (Security Electronic Control Unit) IS LOCATED ABOVE THE HOOD RELEASE IN THE

DRIVERS KICK PANEL.THESE WIRES WILL ONLY METER WHEN TURNING KEY IN DOORLOCK CYLINDER.

Just set the R/S unit for double unlock pulse output.
