Only unit available would be the Firstech unit by Compustar.
As with your BMW post there's no reason to add security to a perfectly good existing factory unit.
Also do not even attempt to hard wire, there are at least three different CAN data systems on the vehicle.
You might also look at the Xpresskit, Idatalink and Fortin sites.

Sorry and I'm going to offend you here so I'll apologise in advance but the wording of both your posts tells me you aren't a professional.
If you were you would have had access to the alarm-R/S manufacturers trade sites.
If that's the case don't even think about working on these two cars.
The amount of $$$ damage you can do without realising is phenomenal.
As an example last week I get called out to install a Parrot kit in an 04 E Class. Easy, 40 minutes work, no wiring adaptors.
Guess what I pull the head unit, no output, just fibre optics meaning an amp in the rear and £50 ($75) worth of extras at trade price.
To get at the amp, I pull the rear fuse box, plug in the various bits and wire through to the front.
I then go to turn the "magic key" in the ignition to test for ACC and nothing! No key turn, no remote locks, no hazards.
I test forward from the rear battery, there's an adjacent plastic box with one battery lead in and 4 out.
One of them is open circuit.
You can't take this unit apart and the M/Benz stealership wants £100 ($150).
I bridged it with a 200 amp ANA fuse, now it works and starts up but I'm getting two "MALFUNCTION WARNINGS" on the inst. panel display.
Out comes $10,000 worth of diagnostic equipment and I manage to clear one of them.
I then had to drive the car for about 10 miles to self correct and clear the second.
Do you see what I'm getting at?
Most pros on this site won't touch post 05 European up-market cars, I'm telling you this as someone who lives in the country where the BMW 3 Series outsells the Ford Edge!

Sorry, you can NOT post a reply.
