Hi All!
I've tried to find what the stock harness looks like coming out of the dash of my Liberty.
I had a pro install a few years ago and so now I'm dumping the DVD for a more audiophile grade sound HU.
So this pic is what's coming out. All the textual diagrams in the world aren't going to help me unless I can match the wires on this harness to hook up to the new one that came with the new Pioneer.
The wires folded back won't be used, they were taped off, speaker wires I'm sure.
I need to ID the thicker ones: Black and Yellow. And maybe the blk/white & RED / white striped are accessory/remote & power antenna (or glass antenna boost)? Or maybe the Blue tucked under?
All this time the radio reception has been pure garbage so I'm thinking one of the tucked
was the antenna?
I don't even know if this was the original stock coming out of the dash. But it sure looks like something Mopar would've made and not an Asian aftermarket huh?
If I could just ID these colors I'd be able to finish the job.
Thanks in advance!

PS - these are 2 wires that were hooked up to the bulk of the modules (steering etc) and I'm not sure what they are, makes me think they could be for the Remote to the 2 amps in the back? They're going straight towards the steering column (or battery side? Piggybacked to 1 gauge cables from battery through firewall to amps?)

Cut the yellow wire of the DVD where it attaches to the yellow wire of the harness, and then connect the yellow wire of the new radio to the yellow wire of the car harness. Do the same for the remaining wires.
No need to identify the wires other than the ones that connect to the DVD player.
