So I'm putting an np236 transfer case from a 99 Blazer into my 99 safari. I'm looking at the printouts for both of the plugs and I see this difference. Pin E9 on the safari reads:
Serial Data Signal Class B 10400 Baud Primary
Pin E9 from the Blazer reads:
Class 2 Serial Data Signal
They both seem to deal with pass lock security type concerns. What are the chances of plugging in and having it work. Possibly a re-learn?

I have been assured that dispite the differences in the nomenclature, these are indeed the same thing. I will be moving forward with the plug build and component swap. Thanks to all who took the time to read this thread
