If the controls on one side of the wheel work, but not on the other side, then you may have a defective clockspring module.
This would not be unusual for a high mileage vehicle or if there has been a steering wheel airbag actuation.

Yes that is what I thought to so I replaced the clock doing and nothing changed and I checked power in and out it’s good, and no shorts. Can you test those switches or take apart and clean contacts.

If you disconnect the clockspring, you can perform a resistance measurement across the 2 wires that are the steering wheel switches circuit.
It is a simple resistor network. Pressing any switch should change the resistance reading.

Unplug/test at the light blue/red wire at the radio (pin 18):

The values are listed at the bottom of the diagram, so with a little math you can figure out what each press should yield. If you can get a reading, but it's way off, you need to check the harness for any issues (retracted/dirty/corroded pins, poor contact pressure, pinched wire, etc.).

I doubt it, but that may be a dealer question. You might pose the same question in a Freestyle forum.
You've verified the proper signal at the radio connector, so the problem could be inside the radio itself.
You could always go aftermarket and use an adapter to retain the steering wheel controls.

OP stated that the SW audio controls work so there is no need to make measurements at the radio connector.
The non-audio (message center, cruise control, airbag trigger) functions are through separate clock spring circuits.
Any measurements you make must be made with a DVM and with the battery disconnected - you don't want to trigger the airbag.
Best take it to a dealer.
