any chance anyone would have a wiring diagram for the tcm connector on this car? just judging from a quick look i may be in the wrong site for this type info but hoping for the best...thanks

Thanks...i took a look and the right connector is show in diagram for transmission, j217, but the wires in question arent shown on any of the four pages...in specific the CAN bus high and low wires i think they are called(twisted pair of orange wires with stripes) and also a small blue with red stripe wire

You might get lucky at the library or you can always go to an Audi dealership or Audi repair shop and ask to see a service manual. You could also try emailing a few of them and see what happens.
