Hey everyone again, ok i have the bose premium sound system on my trailblazer and i just tapped into the factory head unit .. I tapped rear right spkr(+) & (-) and the remote turn on which is directly behind the factory head unit.....And then i connected a small speaker using the wires that i tapped and the sound level stays at one volume the whole time. i.e. when i increase the volume, the speaker i hooked up is at a constant volume and when i turn the music down, the hooked up speaker is at the same volume!!! PLZ HELP ME!! what do you guys thinbk the problem is and give me all the advice that you got, Thanks alot.

you need to go right to a speaker because that radio is a fixed level preamp that feeds individual amps or get a vendetta (periferal.com) if you go right to speaker its a lot of power so get a converter that can handle 30 watts rms

you must connect loc at speaker

also if you are hooking up a sub the bass is lowered when you turn up the volume

hopefully some company will make a databus interface to solve the problem  since everyone want to keep their factory radio these days

why am i the only one in the world that has that problem?
