Did a search here beforehand and didn't see anything so I figured I'd add it:

This was taken from a 2001 Civic Sedan EX (auto):

Location: All wires located in passenger side of trunk behind light cluster. Its the only bundle back there, (3/8" loom running horizontal next to the trunk hinge and coming down behind the cluster. Remove [2] plastic trim screws and pull the carpet back - its in there...)

Type Wire color/stripe color

-------- -----------------------

R. Sig GREEN/ YELLOW

L. Sig GREEN/ Red

Running Lts. RED / Yellow

Brake WHITE/ Black

Gnd [use chassis]or BLACK/ Silver
