wiring diagram for 1999 Honda Civic LX

This should do the trick:

12v+ - white - ignition harness

ignition - BLACK / YELLOW - ignition harness

ignition2 - yellow - ignition harness

accessory - WHITE/ black - ignition harness

starter - BLACK/ white - ignition harness

parking lights - RED / green(+) - 7 pin green connector at fuse box

brake lights - GREEN / WHITE(+) - above brake pedal

lock - GREEN / WHITE(-) - see note at bottom

unlock - GREEN/ orange(-) -see note at bottom

tach - blue - 2 pin white connector under hood (driver side rear of engine)

Note about locks:  With OEM keyless, the wires are in an 18 pin grey connector in the driver kick panel (at the door lock module). Without OEM keyless, it will be located in a 20 pin grey connector in the kick panel.
