96 Cherokee SE, rear speaker wiring

I've a base model 96 Cherokee, originally with AM/FM + 2 speakers. I went to upgrade all around, found rear speaker wires at the head unit, and grills in the hatch. When I pulled the hatch panel, I discovered I was missing the factory connectors for the rear speakers. My mistake, I assumed they'd used a standard wiring rig. My question; does anyone know where the rear speaker wiring ends on this model? I've found 3 unused dongles, totaling 8 wires, in the hatch panel. I assume two are for the non-existant rear wiper, and I'm hoping four of the wires are for the rear speakers, just missing the 'last mile' TIA, Mike
