I just bought a 96 civic and it wont start cause of the alarm i've been looking for the (black box) to disconnect the alarm but cant find it. It looks like its a factory alarm so does anyone have any idea to disconnect it???

The diagram I looked at says there is no factory alarm. I guess its possible there is but you may wanna check. What makes you think the alarm is the reason it wont start? More info would help.
