hi people, I want to put an aux. Power point (cigarette Lighter) in the under seat organizer i put in the the back of my 99 250 ext. cab. where is the best place to connect to. Pics will definatly help. Also i have fog lights currently run with a wire stuck directly into the fuse for the window controlls(no Relay) If someone could please tell me the proper way to connect these lifgts so that they come on and stay on with eithor the high or low beams on would be terrifc.

For the lighter I would look for an empty power space in the fuse box. You can get pics of that in your owners manual. When you look at the fusebox look for an open terminal you can connect to.

The fog lights I would connect a wire from the headlight switch to terminal 86 of a SPDT relay 30 amp. Connect terminal 85 to ground. Connect terminal 30 to the fog lights postive wire. Connect terminal 87 to fused + 12 volts.

For the headlight switch pull the headlight switch out of the dash and test to see what wire comes on with the headlights with a tester.  Not the parking lights unless you want your fog lights on with your parking lights. You must also make sure you dont connect to the dimmer wire.  To do this with your tester on the wire dim your dash lights and make sure the voltage doesnt change on the meter. 

If you dont like that part of it you could always buy a toggle switch and use it instead.
