got a question about a 2003 gmc sierra, is it possible to tie into the wires in the door without buying a bypass and if so what wires do ya go into?? just wonderin to save me the hassle of takin the doors apart..

It's a lot better ( & easier) to use a DATABuss Interface

RKE Module	BUILT INTO BCM
Motor Lock	GREY	EITHER FRT DOOR MODULE (INSIDE DOOR)
Motor Unlock	TAN	PASS FRONT DOOR MODULE
Drv Door Unlock	TAN	DRIVER FRONT DOOR MODULE
OEM Relays	FRT DOORS-INSIDE IND.MODULES/REAR DOORS- UNDER DR REAR SEAT
Addon Security Type

DOOR LOCKS-Due To Multiplexing, Each Front Door Is Individually Activated.

This Is Accomplished By Using Two Pair of Relays Confiqured As Reversal Rest At Nothing To Control The Actuator Wires Of Each Door. GREY = LOCK,TAN = UNLOCK The Door Panel Must Be Removed To Access The Actuator Wires.To Opperate The Rear Passenger Doors- Apply A Negative Pulse to Pin #85 Of The Rear Door Lock/Unlock Relays Located Under The Driver's Dash.
DATABUS: DataBus Door Lock Interface Module Is DB-GMDL-4 Simplifies Door Lock Installation

If you have more time than money , don't use the databus module. If you value your time and have little patience, then use the databus door lock module. They aren't that expensive.

ok thanks, one more question is there a built in delay arm or sumthin in these trucks cause if i lock the doors with the keyless i can walk down the street and start it but if i wait 10 mins and do the same thing i have to be within 30 ft of the truck i'm really startin to hate this vehicle. In all the years and installs i've done i've never seen a more stubborn vehicle anyone else run into this before??
