Hi,

Car i have is a Toyota Camry 1988 Ultima.

I have looked at the wiring diagrams for the Camry stereo and have come to the conclusion i'm not looking at the same layout as this site has.

Is/Does toyota have different wiring standards around the world??

I have worked most of the cables out except for the automatic antenna - it went up once and wont go down - and the digital clock is only working when i have the power on to the stereo (i need to know why i would be closing a circuit for the clock?)

Any help would be appreciated

thanks

Geg

The antenna will go down when the power to the activation wire is removed. As far as the other problem you may have to re-wire the clock's ignition wire to the car's ignition wire. If the clock is built into the radio then you have the constant and the ignition wires reversed.
