I am installing a Nav system into a 2002 F-150 supercrew and need to know what is the speed signal detection wire.  I think that it is the same as the vss lead.   Is there a wireing diagram that can help me whith this project?  I will be in stalling an in-dash dvd with touch screen, and need the wires for the rear speakers too.  I would appreciate any help!

Try:

VSS Wire: Passenger Firewall:  POSITION 58 OR 68 OF 104 PIN CONNECTOR

VSS Wire Color: GRAY/BLACK
VSS Pulse: 8000

But i would recommend using factory speaker plug adapters instead of cutting or splicing into the exisitng wiring.
