I need the factory speaker wire colors for a 2001 monte. I found the colors for the 2000. Did they change between 2k and 2k1?

My guess is no. I would try it that way. You cant hurt anything The worst that can happen is your fade and balance could be messed up. You could test them with a flashlight battery first. If it were me I would buy a wire harness they are cheap.
