1990 bronco II

I just rebuilt an 90 bronco II 2.9L engine .I can not even get headlights to turn on. Battery is full all wires hooked up, grounded, all fuses good but i cant get any power, the cable wont even spark when i touch to battery terminal.Whats going on?? any help or diagrams would be much appreciated. Thank you

nevermind stupid ford manual had me hook up solenoid backwards
