I recently had a big box store install the stereo adapter in my daughters 1999 Taurus. They didn't hookup the wire for the power antenna, the installer said it wasnt they're responsibilty. Can you tell me what color wire controls the power antenna.

Thank You

Doug Clark

the installer said it wasnt they're responsibilty. what a load of crap i know ther are a lot of CC and BB installers here ,but on this note im going to say next time do some research on local car audio shops and pick one  that you feel comfortable with next time to do your install. and to all the CC and BB installers that read this and say i would never do that im not downing you i applaud your above and beyond company standerds. but this guy just got shafted

CC or BB would never not use a harness so the blue wire on the plug that goes in to your factory harness needs to be wired into the blue wir comeing out of the new radio if the new radio does not have a blue wire use the blue/white one

bring back the rotary phone so i dont have to press 1 to proceed in english
