orange 12v wire 95 saturn sl2

Im replaceing the radio in my 95 saturn sl2 I know the orange wire is 12v but mine is dead where does the wire go I checked all the fuses none are blown or missing any help would be appreciated I already searched the forum and found a wireing list but it just says the orange wire is a constant 12v for radio. thanks Davidg

did you check the fuse panel under the hood of the vehicle?
