where is the door unlock wire located? do you also have to connect the door trigger for the door unlock/lock to work?

please list the make/year of car so we can help you better.  The door lock wires are usually in the drivers kick panel coming in from the drivers door.  But not all cars are like that.  post your car and model of keyless entry you plan to be using, so we can post  specific wire colors and locations for you vehicle.
