I'm looking for the horn-ring wire for splice into for Siren cut-over, as well as the location for the wire attached to #1 spare fuse on the floor fuse panel located under the drivers seat.

You can grab the horn wire at BCM, gray plug, pin B9 TAN wire

If the horn RING is B9 on the gray plug on the BCM, then why would there be +12v on the wire without pushing on the horn, if I remove the gray plug, how would I still be able to push on the horn ring and make the horn sound.
I'm looking for the wire coming down from the ring itself mounted inside the steering wheel.
