ok so im helping a buddy install a scanning led bar in his 1992 toyota aristo, hes got the compustar 2W900FMR and from what iv found it needs to be installed on the starter kill wire. i cannot however find any info on wire color codes for the starter unit itsself. please if someone could help me out that would be greatly appretiated.

It will be violet going into the starter kill relay. This wire will provide ground when alarm is armed.
