Just recently installed a JVC arsenal KD-ADV49, in a 1995 BMW M3- Sounds great, works fine in tuner mode, but I get no sound in cd/dvd mode. Note: the CDs and dvds play- display shows track adavance/ movie picture playing but no sound output. All wiring is connected except the remote wire and the telephone mute wire. Any Ideas? -Thanks

Sounds like your car has a factory amplifier, and you have the power antenna wire of your deck turning that amp on. You need to connect the remote wire instead of the power antenna wire.
