ok i installed a 360 in a car with a 800/1600 watt inverter in a car I'm getting bad ac ripple static picture and bad noise i have tried everything called mera and talked to many shops so end result is to cut the 360 plug  each wire has about 5 volts i guess my question is, is there a way to drop the voltage from 12 to 5 volt with out knowing the amps???sorry my spelling and punctation sucks  im doing this from my phone

Get a higher wattage inverter.
