alpine iva w505, 09 camry hybrid

Has any car audio shop or installer replace the radio navigation system on a 09 Toyota Camry Hybrid?   I was told by Crutchfield, it cannot be replace due to certain functions controlled for the Hybrid.   I want to remove the radio and replace it with the Alpine IWA-W505, upgrade the speakers, 2 Alpine amps and Sub enclosure rear trunk.   Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have heard nothing about the car you are speaking of, but I can tell you that the guys at Crutchfield are ALL ABOUT selling you a radio.  If they say it is not a good idea to do it, I would have to believe them.  They do not like to miss a sale.
