I have a IVA-W505 head unit hooked up to nve-n872A navigation system and then a KCE-400BT all hooked via AI-NET and fiber optic to the PXA-H701 processor. The problem that we are coming across that I cannot figure out and Alpine Support is not being helpful with is that there is an echo when talking through the Bluetooth module. The person on the other end of the phone hears their voice echoing on there end, but I hear them fine in the car and they hear me fine when i talk on the mic. If the unit is plugged directly into the receiver and the processor is bypass, it sound fine. But everything has to run through the processor. For those of you that have a processor how did you get around this issue? Is there some kind of setting that needs to be tweaked to fix this? This is a big issue and I would like to figure it out so that I Can use the bluetooth.
Thanks

rhomaudio1,

I suggest that you return your 400BT for a new one.  I had the same issue and put in a new one.  Question?  Does the sound from you system change without you adjusting your H701?  I have the IVA-W505, PXA-H701, TUA-550HD, TUA-020XM and the KCE-400BT.  My system changes on it own (sometimes highs disappear, subbass disappear, etc.)  I have swapped out everything except the 505.  Not sure if this will fox the issue, because I had problems with my IVA-W205 before the 505.
