No problem ,again the main spakers  to worry about here is your tweeters.Most good subs can take a beaten, but tweeters canot and manufacterers know this and they use methods to prevent them from blowing, but by taking the crossover off you will defeat this. As of right now i have no fuse on my subs but i do have them on my tweeters cause i blew my last pair by doing exactly what you are doing ,i took the network off and kaboom finished so that was 120 dollars down the drain if i had a fuse it would have been a few cents instead. Another thing to note is your x-over frequency make sure you cross them over to thier correct frequency range or well yeah you know. good luck
